Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to CUCI12 — an online betting platform built for Malaysian users. These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you ("Member") and CUCI12 ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by CUCI12, you automatically agree to comply with all rules set out herein.

Member Eligibility Mandatory

• Not appearing on any prohibition or restriction list imposed by relevant authorities.

Cuci12 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time. Required documents may include a national ID, passport, or valid proof of address. Accounts that fail the KYC process may be temporarily suspended or terminated at our discretion.

Member Account & Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your cuci12 account username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. cuci12 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access caused by your own negligence.

• Change your password immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Contact our support team immediately if you notice any suspicious activity.
• Registered personal information must be accurate and up to date at all times.
• Any attempt to hack or cheat the system will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

Member Conduct & Prohibitions

All cuci12 members are required to act honestly and responsibly on the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination:

• Any form of fraud, collusion, or attempt to manipulate game outcomes.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Transferring funds between accounts to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Using another person's account or registering on behalf of a third party.
• Any activity that violates applicable Malaysian laws.

If any of the above violations are proven, cuci12 reserves the right to block the account, withhold the balance, and report the case to the relevant authorities without prior notice.

Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting the cuci12 support team. Any eligible balance will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal terms before the account is officially closed.

Cuci12 also reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account if:

• There has been a breach of the terms and conditions set out herein.
• Account inactive for more than 180 consecutive days.
• Member identified as high-risk based on responsible gaming assessment.
• There is a directive from the authorities requiring immediate action.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the platform operates. Any dispute arising from the use of cuci12 will be resolved through a mutually agreed arbitration process. By continuing to use the platform, you agree to be fully bound by these terms.
